Eva Carneiro arrived at an employment tribunal court for the first hearing over her dismissal claim against Chelsea on Wednesday.
The former Chelsea football club doctor is claiming constructive dismissal and sexual discrimination against the Premier League champions after a public falling out with manager Jose Mourinho which resulted in her losing her job last September.
