Its Liverpool vs Man City in Capital One Cup


 Liverpool* 1-1 Stoke City {agg 1-1}(pens 6-5)

Dramatic night saw a 1st-half goal from Marko Arnautovic – who looked to be offside levelled the score to 1-1 aggregate.
No more goals to separate both sides from the remaining 45mins of 2nd half and extra time. Roberto Firmino & Marco van Ginkel had the best chances for their respective team but didn't make it count.

Simon Mignolet saved two Stoke penalties as Liverpool won to reach the finals.


Liverpool defeated Stoke city via penalty shootout 6-5 to progressed to the Capital One Cup final at Wembley while Man City see off Everton, 4-3 on aggregate.



The  Citizen turn the tie around with a three one victory at the Etihad having lost one two at Goodison Park.

 Barkley extended Everton's lead on aggregate with a long-ranger in 18th mins.

City quickly pegged back Everton when Fernandinho's shot took a wicked deflection off Baines past Joel Robles.

De Bruyne levelled the score on aggregate but the ball had crossed the line before it was touched by Sterling

Aguero then headed Manchester City into the Wembley final where they will take on Liverpool.

The final is February 28 by 5 30pm Nigerian time.
