FIFA writes NFF on Jos ruling, threatens to sanction Nigeria

World football ruling body, FIFA, yesterday threatened to sanction Nigeria if she breaches its statutes relating to dispute resolution.

In a letter entitled, “Verdict of the Jos High Court,” and addressed to Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) President, Amaju Pinnick, FIFA warned that the Jos Federal High Court decision, “if implemented, would likely be considered as an interference in FIFA rule "

Adam Johnson Jailed For Six Years
Adam Johnson has been sentenced to six years in prison for child sex offences.

Johnson, 29-year-old, former England and Sunderland player was sentenced by Judge Jonathan Rose at Bradford Crown Court on Thursday and has been stripped of his 12 England international caps.

Did Nigerians Deserve Oliseh Insults?

The Super Eagles Coach used his Youtube video account to lash out at Nigerians who question his team elimination from the just concluded CAF CHAN Championship in Rwanda by labeling them INSANE.

Responding to the criticism which follows the group stage elimination of the Home Based Super Eagles from the Biennial event, Sunday Oliseh who had earlier insulted the Nigeria Football Federation before and after the tournament by accusing them of not feeding his players and refusing to submit a result to the Football Federation after the team elimination said he never begged nor wanted the Super Eagles job.

Real Madrid president Florentino Perez has reportedly banned star player Cristiano Ronaldo from traveling to Morocco to see best friend Badr Hari. According to a report by El Espanyol, transcribed by Spanish paper Sport, Perez banned Cristiano Ronaldo from his Morocco trips due to his poor form, weary that the player could lose form due to exhaustion and fatigue from his frequent travels.
