Adi, Iheanacho, Moses join Eagles as camp swells to 16 for Egypt

Earlier, the Abuja camp on Monday morning had John Mikel Obi, Alex Iwobi, Aminu Umar, Godfrey Oboabona, Kalu Orji, Odion Ighalo, Ikechukwu Ezenwa, Aaron Samuel.

Egypt’s Mostafa Fathi ruled out of Nigeria clash

Mostafa Fathi will not be available for Egypt when they face Nigeria in the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier in Kaduna owing to abdominal muscle injury.

The Zamalek whiz had started to feel the pain on the team bus prior to training and was excluded from the session as the team reached Al Haddaf pitch in 6th of October.

Alex Iwobi Recovers From Food Poisoning

Alex Iwobi has said that he is "ready" to make his int'l debut when Nigeria take on Egypt on Friday in Kaduna.


Iwobi, 19-year-old was taken to hospital with food poisoning yesterday and was a doubt for the Super Eagles' game but has now recovered.
